Therapy is hard for some people to understand ,particularly if they have no experience or are feeling apprehensive about talking to a stranger about personal things.

Therapy can help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and enable you to regognise habitual patterns of behaviour or unhealthy relational styles that arent working for you anymore.I dont provide answers or solutions for you. I will work collaboratively with you and support you through the process.
I tailor my therapy to suit the individual and draw from integrative approaches that can help facilitate your therapeutic experience.This can be particularly helpful for clients feeling stuck or caught in cycles of unprodutive behaviours and negative thinking.
